I love that your frame is links, a small gesture of activism, perhaps, that allows your viewers to learn more, and maybe even do something? Yours is also a pretty classic “essay” or perhaps illustrated lecture, and yet, something more happens in our living with the images, on a screen, than does a picture attached to a written essay (or so I believe) the affective resonance of the images pushes against the calm, direct, careful analysis of your prose, creating a difficult place of feeling where knowledge and chaos, care and brutality, sit awfully close. Your analysis is part of the digital conversation, a place where racial violence and racism is contested and yet continues. Well done.
